Terms and Conditions

VPNKorea respects your privacy always. These Terms and Conditions of use apply to the services of VPNKorea mobile applications. You agree to these terms of use by using the service. if you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you may not access and use the services. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and the company.

Account and Membership

We do not serve membership services but we use Store Account. At this document, Store Account means Identification data that was given from Stores not real Store Account like a email address. You must be at least 19 years of age to use the services. By using the services and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 19 years of age. If you use the services, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices under Store Account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur all actions taken in connection with it. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. We may suspend, disable, or delete access by your Store Account. if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage our reputation and goodwill. If we prevent access of your Store Account for the foregoing reasons, you may not re-register for our services. We may block your access of Store Account to prevent further registration permanently.

Billing and Payments

All billing and payments system is under Store system like APPSTORE and PLAYSTORE. All Parties shall pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. Where services are offered on a free trial basis, payment may be required after the free trial period ends, and not when you enter your billing details. If auto-renewal is enabled for the Service you have subscribed for, you will be charged automatically in accordance with the term you selected. if you do not want to proceed further payment for subscription, you can cancel the payment by using Store service not our services.

Uptime Guarantee

We offer a Service uptime guarantee of 90% of available time per month. The service uptime guarantee does not apply to service interruptions caused by: (1) periodic scheduled maintenance or repairs we may undertake from time to time; (2) interruptions caused by you or your activities; (3) outages that do not affect core Service functionality; (4) causes beyond our control or that are not reasonably foreseeable; and (5) outages related to the reliability of certain programming environments.; and (6) interruptions caused by sudden increase in network traffic; and (7) interruptions caused by malicious attacker

Prohibited Uses

In addition to other terms as set forth in the Agreement, you are prohibited from using the application and Services or Content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the services for violating any of the prohibited uses even if under subscription.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms relating to the services at any time, effective upon posting of any updated version of this Agreement on the application. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this document. Continued use of the services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Acceptance of these terms

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Application and services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access or use the Application and services.
